These mouse pads are very easy to clean. The top surface is very lightly textured and almost feels like a cloth mouse pad.  The bottom is smooth and somewhat grippy.

I ordered the Waterproof Silicone Mouse pad.  It may be waterproof, but my mouse will not work with it.  We tried multiple optical mouses, and none will work.
